5 Easy Steps for Company Registration

  • 1. Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

Directors must acquire a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) to electronically sign all the forms required for company registration.

  • 2. Obtain Director Identification Number (DIN)

DIN is a unique identification number for directors. Apply for it through the MCA portal for each director of the company.

  • 3. Reserve Unique Company Name

Use the RUN (Reserve Unique Name) service on the MCA portal to propose your company name. Ensure it complies with the naming guidelines set by the MCA.

  • 4. File Incorporation Documents

Submit the SPICe+ form online along with key documents like Memorandum of Association (MoA), Articles of Association (AoA), and the identity and address proofs of directors.

    • Digitally sign documents using DSC.
    • Include registered office details.
  • 5. Obtain Certificate of Incorporation (COI)

After document verification by the Registrar of Companies (RoC), the Certificate of Incorporation (COI) is issued. Your company is now officially registered.
